Bringing the Concept to Life
For Esteco we made multiple concept videos, which allowed the marketers and product owners to take the first step of discussing the concept amongst each other. Thereafter, we consulted with Esteco’s stakeholders via Skype. This method of collaborating helped us reach a definitive story at a quick pace, so we could then proceed to production.
Zoom Out for Clarity
Due to their product’s complex nature, we limited our design process to the introduction of Esteco’s software. We opted for a schematic style in order to emphasize the software’s organization-wide impact. Several breaks were built into the story’s narration to allow the information to sink in for the viewers.

It's been great working together with Gijs and Bert on our explainer video. I really appreciated the structure they provided in terms of production planning (it made it easier for everyone within my team to be on the same page in terms of the next steps of the process). Also, the reliability they offered regarding our agreed deadlines was a big plus. We had to prolong the initially planned timeframe in order to get everything right, but this was understandable because of the complexity of the topic they had to address and they were flexible enough to adjust both to obstacles they encountered and in terms of our internal company processes and procedures.
